KMI provides a broad range of non-invasive diagnostic ultrasound examinations. Your referral identifies the examination required and helps the sonographer focus on the clinical question from your practitioner.
General ultrasound examines soft tissues and internal structures. Abdominal ultrasound commonly assesses abdominal organs and usually requires six hours of fasting. Follow the instructions supplied for your appointment.
