Referrals are generally valid for 12 months and may be provided by doctors and eligible allied health professionals, subject to limitations. Contact KMI if you are unsure whether your referral is suitable.

Referrals, fees and appointments
Every KMI examination requires a correctly completed referral. You may call to arrange an appointment before the clinic receives it, but the referral is required for the examination.
Fees and payment
Fees vary by examination. Bulk-billing and concession arrangements may apply depending on eligibility and the service requested. Ask KMI for a quote. Payment is due at the examination by accepted payment methods.
Booking and changes
Online booking is not available. Call 08 9021 5044 to discuss availability. If you need to change an appointment, contact the clinic as early as possible.
Your individual referral and appointment instructions take precedence. Do not stop or change medication unless authorised by an appropriate healthcare professional. Call KMI if you are unsure.
